Private secured swimming pool (new alarm system), completely fenced garden (3300 m2) with a wonderful assortment of trees and flowers, automatic lighting and sprinkler, fully equipped kitchen (reviewed by a professional), satellite TV (LCD), one bathroom with all facilities, one shower, two WCs, barbecue, ...
The person in charge of the property is a hotel professional, speaks four languages, shall deal with the administrative formalities (inventory and deposit) and lives in the region. He only takes on a few villas that have been preselected.
The interior of the villa has been completely repainted in white. The new pictures can be easily picked out. We have left a few older pictures (living room) because these give you a better idea of the room's topography.

Reservation in advance is necessary. Monthly payments accepted.
